• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the lack91 system. A confirmation number displayed on screen constitutes proof of acceptance. lack91 is not responsible for bets that fail due to technical issues on the player's device or internet connection.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be amended by lack91 at any time without prior notice.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, obvious pricing error, or system failure, lack91 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be honoured.

In all circumstances, lack91's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their lack91 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lack91 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating a lack91 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lack91 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to circumstances required for the operation of the platform, including payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
